Although they will not be deformed during use, if we don’t pay attention to it, squeeze and collide at will, it will cause it. Deformation, so we must be careful when using it, so how do we prevent the acrylic display box from deforming during use?
    1. Choose elastic rubber gaskets.
    2. When using large-format acrylic sheet, the thickness must be increased to prevent the sheet from sagging and deforming due to its own weight.
    3. The installation frame must be reserved for shrinkage and expansion gaps.
    4. An elliptical screw hole must be drilled and locked with a screw.
    5. Choose an appropriate thickness to avoid bending and deformation of the acrylic plate due to wind load.
    6. Thermoforming can improve impact strength and release internal stress.
    7. Thermoforming into wave shape, diamond shape and semi-circular shape can prevent the acrylic sheet from being deformed due to its own weight.
